We do program design and fundraising to assist providers who are introducing, preserving, or expanding affordable housing, as well as technical assistance including construction monitoring and finance, feasibility analyses, supportive services plans, relocation planning, and affordable home-ownership programs. We specialize in programs assisting person with special needs, including the elderly, those recovering from chemical dependency, those with developmental disabilities, and the chronically mentally ill.
